Missing Link - Nevergreen! (1972)
The one and only album from this German band.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of saxophone, guitars, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals.
The band only released one album, this one, before splitting up. The members joined the likes of Embryo and Missus Beastly.
The band's music is a mix of progressive rock and jazz/fusion. Add some blues too.
There is both a lot of saxophone and guitars here. There is also some vocals and keyboards here. All backed up by drums and bass.
The music is half and half prog and jazz. There are some Chicago over the jazz/fusion. The prog rock is surprisingly enough pretty near English symphonic prog. There are even some proper songs here.
Forty minutes long is this album and it is not a bad one. Some parts of this album is rather good but some parts is decent.
This is an album well worth checking out.
