Zim Zum Crash - Synesthetic Dream Palace (2019)

The debut album from this German band.

The band is a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, synths and vocals.

I am not sure why this landed in my inbox well over one year ago. For some reasons, it missed the 2019 boat and was postponed until this year. Accidents happens in this office.

The music on this one hour long album is mainly dream pop.

The female vocalist deliver her vocals on the top of some half-accoustic guitars and organs.

The sound is.... well, dreamy and the vocals are really good.

The songs are pretty short but also pretty punchy.

The quality is OK. I would say somewhere between decent and good. This album is perhaps not the best example of dream pop around.

The band has a lot of talent though and this album is well worth checking out.
