The band is a quartet on this album with a lineup of guitars, percussion, flute, horn, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals.
I have had the pleasure of reviewing their first albums and you will find the reviews in # 1 of this blog.
The band has always been making music somewhere in the borders between symphonic prog and medieval folk music.
The band is now a quartet again with the classic lineup and the album, released last December, shows the return of this band after a four year's long absence.
Their French vocals gives this album a different sound than most bands. I like the French language when used in progressive rock (and most other places too !).
The album is indeed a mix of medieval classic music and symphonic prog with a lot of French folk music into the mix too. The band is back to their best too and this almost one hour long album is what this band is all about: Stylish, classic French innovative symphonic prog.
It is great to see this band back again. They have been missed.
