Jadis - Fanatic (2003)
The sixth album from this British band.
Jadis was a quartet on this album with a lineup of percussion, bass, drums, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band had help from a female vocalist too.
The band's music is clearly neo-prog. Standard British neo-prog.
Their brand of neo-prog is more poppy than most other bands. It is also pretty elegant and is has some art rock influences too.
The vocals are good and so is the keyboards and guitars.
The sound is more than good enough.
The songs are rather short and to the point. There is some interesting details scattered around this album.
The problem with this album is the quality of the songs. They are somewhere between decent and good. It is not one of their best albums.
