Vago Sagrado - Vago Sagrado (2015)

The debut album from this Chilean band.

Vago Sagrado is a trio with a lineup of guitars, bass, drums and Spanish vocals.

The psych and space rock scene is thankfully very much alive down in South America. That scene brings us bands like this band from Chile.

Vago Sagrado does not play the type out outer space rock as many of their countrymen and others from South America plays. They still plays space rock, but they rotate the world not too far away from mother earth.

There is also some psychedelic rock in their music and some post rock. A lot of post rock in fact with ebbs and flows in the music. There are also some vocals here.

The music ebbs and flows. It is pretty crass at times. It is also melodic with some really cool, good themes.

The half-acoustic guitars are really cool and so is the electric guitars. There are also some very good guitar harmonies here.

This forty minutes long album is a good album and a good example how good and effective space rock really is. Check out this album and enjoy.
