The band was a quintet with a lineup of wind, synths, keyboards, bass, guitar, drums and vocals.
This band released two albums before they were disbanded. The second album is a new wave album and one I am not going to bother with.
Ginga Rale Band is one of the many obscure krautrock bands from that time and age.
The music on this forty odd minutes long album is indeed a mix of avant-garde, jazz, fusion and space rock. Krautrock in other words.
The vocals are at times shouted and insane.
The music itself is not too bad. It is full of contrasts between the different types of madness.
Krautrock fans should get this album and ignore their second album.
This is a decent album and one to check out.
