The second album from this US one man
project.
The band is Jeff Hamel on drums,
percussion, guitar, keyboards and vocals.
He got some help on vocals and flute.
I reviewed the latest Majestic albums
and then found this album somewhere. So I am now returning to the
band to review this album.
This album is seventy minutes long.
The music is a mix of symphonic prog
and neo-prog. US symphonic prog and neo-prog, that is.
Everything is bold and big on this
album. Bombastic too.
There are still some pastoral parts on
this album.
Jeff Hamel was still developing as a
composer and was not still on the mark and on the target.
This is a melodic album with some
decent to good songs. I am not won over but the band has later become
good. So no worries, then.
