Radiomobel - Gudang Garam (1978)

The second and final album from this Swedish band.

The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, keyboards, guitars and female vocals.

I have not bothered checking out their 1975 debut album Tramsebox as it is has horrible reputation. So I am jumping straight to their second one.... the best of their two albums.

The music on Gudang Garam is a mix of psych, acid folk, kraut and symphonic prog.

The sound is not the best and the female vocals are flat. If that is done by purpose or because the female vocalist has no voice, is something I do not know.

She sound like a Japanese female vocalist and I guess this is done by purpose.

There is little to be enjoyed on this album.

It is indeed a waste of time and a turkey.

Avoid.
